		Sanjay Institute of Engineering and Management (SIEM) was set up by Brijbasi Education and Welfare Society (BEWS) in 2006. SIEM has an objective of providing quality education to the young generation in technical professions. SIEM is located on a huge campus spanning over 40 acres of land on NH#2 Chaumuhan, Mathura (U.P.). While laying down the foundation of Sanjay Institute of Engineering and Management it was visualized to create a benchmark of excellence in the field of Technical/Professional Education and produce world class technocrats/professionals with moral and ethical values. At Sanjay Institute of Engineering and Management we recognize the abilities of the students and try to help them to grow and evolve as a successful professional. It is pertinent to mention and is a matter to pride that Sanjay institute of Engineering and Management, Mathura has already been awarded a project on the Development of Low Voltage and Low Power Design Library for Analog Circuit worth Rs. 11 Lakhs from Department of Science and Technology, the Govt. of India, New Delhi.

National Conference on "Nano, Bio and Information Technology Integration" was organized in March 2007. The main objective of this conference was to integrate three sciences ( Nano, Bio and Information Technology) together and explore the possibilities of research and development in new dimension of knowledge. "Recent Advantage on Solid State Materials and Devices" and "Nano Technology Ek Chunauti" (In Hindi) sponsored by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, were organized in Sept. 2008. Eminent Professors from IIT's NIT's scientist from reputed institutions, dignitaries and several research scholars participated in this Conference which was a landmark achievement not only for SIEM but also for Campus-Mathura.

Apart from this the students are encouraged to work on new ideas and many ideas have been appreciated. The development of a concept car fuelled by solar energy and powered by its own movement is farther in the cap of SIEM's R&D activities. Apart from this, other R&D activitiesof the institute includes fridge dor alarm based on mobile indication, mobile based home security system, UID code for vehicle security, intelligent train engine to avoid accidents, teleremote control system. It speaks about our commitment towards the use of clean and green energy.
